Hi, I’m Habyb Palyoga. Although most people simply call me Habyb. I’m a veterinarian, content creator, traveler, and someone who enjoys finding interesting stories in everyday life.
My background is in Veterinary Medicine, and my work revolves around veterinary laboratory, particularly Pathology, Histology & Cytology, and Parasitology. I enjoy the science behind animal health, but outside the laboratory, I’m equally curious about food, travel, and the little things that make life interesting.

A little more about me
I was born and educated in Indonesia, studied Veterinary Medicine at Universitas Brawijaya, and later continued my studies in Veterinary Clinical Science at Mahidol University, Thailand. My journey eventually brought me to Brunei Darussalam, where I currently work as Veterinary Officer.
When I’m not looking through a microscope or working in the laboratory, you’ll probably find me trying new food, traveling somewhere, hiking, drawing, taking photos, or creating content.

I’ve always had more than one side of me, so naturally, I ended up with two main projects online.
One is where I get to explore, eat, travel, create and have fun. The other is where I get to be the veterinarian who actually knows what a microscope is for.

Sawadee means hello in Thai, a simple word that represents meeting someone, discovering something new, and opening the door to a new experience.
Habb comes from my name, Habyb.
Put them together, SawadeeHabb is my own little way of saying “Hello, this is me.”
It represents my creative side. The part of me that loves making videos, discovering food, traveling, exploring new places, and sharing little moments from life.
It’s less about being perfect and more about creating, exploring, and having fun along the way.

Then there’s DokterHewan86. The more serious side of my internet life.
As a veterinarian, I wanted to create a space where I could share my knowledge and experience in veterinary medicine, animal health, laboratory work, pathology, histology, cytology, parasitology and everything else that comes with being a veterinarian.
The goal is simple. Make veterinary topics easier to understand, share useful information, and document some of the things I encounter throughout my professional journey.
Ofcourse, being a veterinarian doesn’t mean I have all the answers. It just means I know where to look for them. Usually somewhere between a microscope, a textbook, and way too much coffee.
Dokter Hewan 86 is where I learn, share, and talk about the world of veterinary medicine.

I created this blog because not everything fits into a short social media post.
Sometimes I want to tell a longer story, share something I’ve learned, document a journey, talk about my experience, or simply keep little record of the things I enjoy.
